Sessions last 50 minutes and are charged at £70
Currently Face to Face appointments in Elgin are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (January 2026).
Online and telephone appointments are available Monday to Thursday.

I offer a 15 minute phone or video call so we can meet and see if we would be a good fit for working together. This call helps me to identify what support for you would look like. It gives you a chance to have a chat with me and ask any questions you may have about counselling and how I work.
